Mix milk with pudding mixes as per box directions and place in the refrigerator.
In a 13 x 9 glass pan place a single layer of creme-filled cakes with creme side up. Pour the pudding over the cakes and spread evenly. Spoon the Cool Whip over the pudding and spread to cover the pudding. Sprinkle with crushed candy bar.
