Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix Caesar & ranch dressing together in a small bowl.
Wash & rinse the salmon filets & rub with olive oil or butter & place in a casserole dish. Season salmon with garlic salt and sprinkle 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese covering the top. Place the tomato slices over the filets then cover with basil. Pour the dressing mix over entire dish. Lastly sprinkle over the remainder of the parmesan cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes. Serve with rice pilaf, steamed spinach and lemon wedge.
