Original recipe yields 1 serving
0.5 pounds broccoli
4 units carrots
1.5 pounds salmon
1 units salt and pepper
1 tablespoons oil
2.5 cups coconut milk
1 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons lemon juice

Cut broccoli into small pieces, peel carrots and cut into small stripes, cut salmon into 3/4 inch (2 cm) pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper over salmon pieces.

Heat oil in a pot and pour in coconut milk. Let heat, not boil. Add carrots, broccoli, sugar and lemon juice. Let heat to a boil.

Place salmon pieces on top of mixture. Do not stir. Let the coconut milk cover the salmon. Let stand for 15 minutes.
