Spoon about 1 teaspoon spaghetti sauce onto center of each circle; top each with about 1 teaspoon pepperoni and about 1/2 teaspoon cheese. Press or roll remaining layers into 2 1/2 inch circles. Place over topped biscuit circles, stretching slightly to fit. Press edges with fork to seal. In small bowl, combine margarine, oregano and garlic powder; brush over tops.
