What You Need

1 cups water
2.5 cups cereal
0.5 cups butter
0.5 cups sugar
0.5 cups brown sugar
0.5 cups organic cane sugar
2 units eggs
16 ounces yogurt
1.5 cups white spelt flour
1 cups whole wheat flour
0.5 cups wheat germ
1 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoons vanilla
2.5 teaspoons baking soda
34 tablespoons flax seed
12 tablespoons nutritional yeast
0.25 cups rolled oats
0.25 cups raisins

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix together water and 1 cup Back to Nature Hi-Fiber Multibran Cereal, set aside.
Cream butter and sugars. Add beaten eggs, yogurt and bran mix (from above). Beat in spelt flour, whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 cups Back to Nature Hi-Fiber Multibran Cereal, wheat germ, salt, vanilla, baking soda, flax seed, and nutritional yeast. Fold in rolled oats and raisins.
Bake in greased muffin tins for 15 minutes.
