Original recipe yields 1 serving
Crust Ingredients:
2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter or margarine
3 tablespoons water
Filling Ingredients:
12 oz (or 1.5 [8 oz.] packages) cream cheese
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 large tub COOL WHIP
Topping:
1 large can blueberry (or your favorite) pie filling

Crust:

Mix sugar, flour and butter in bowl until well blended. Add water. Only mix until combined...over mixing will make for a tough crust! Push into the bottom of a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet (with sides). The easiest and best way is to use your fingertips/palms. (I wear a plastic glove, but you can use a Ziploc baggie to put over your hand as well.) It should be an even thin layer over the entire bottom of the pan.

Bake at 375 degrees F until golden brown around the edges, approx. 15 minutes. When golden brown, remove from oven and cool completely.

Filling:

Blend cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until all the sugar is incorporated and cream cheese is relatively smooth. Fold in, or mix on low, the large tub of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled butter crust.

Top:

Spread your favorite pie filling over the entire top of the pan. Chill for 1 hour.
