Original recipe yields 1 serving
lb 1 to 1 1/2 stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4 oz.) sliced (or button) mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup red wine or beef broth (I use beef broth)
1 envelope dry beefy onion soup mix (or mushroom onion)
8 oz wide egg noodles, cooked and drained

Mix together first 5 ingredients and place in crock-pot.

Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.

About 1/2 hour to 45 minutes prior to serving, stir in the cooked noodles.
