1 box (32 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Cheese Product, cut up in cubes
1 pkg (8 oz.) Monterey jack cheese, cut up in cubes
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies, mild or hot

Let's Make It
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain and set aside.
2. In crock-pot (or large serving bowl), place cut up cheeses and empty the can of diced tomatoes. Pour a bit of milk to help smooth the cheese out while cooking or heating.
3. If using a large serving bowl, microwave for about 5 minutes and take out to stir up the cheese mixture. Add as much milk for desired consistency. Keep on microwaving for a few minutes at a time until cheese is completely melted.
4. Stir in ground beef. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, crackers, and enjoy!
