2 lb boneless and skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 medium sweet onion, chopped
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup Kraft Ranch Dressing
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
3 package s Kraft Shredded Cheese - your choice of flavors, divided
2 cups crushed potato chips of your choice

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 375°F. Take the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and brown in a skillet. Cut up in bite sized pieces - put into a bowl. Brown the chopped sweet onion and add to the bowl. Add the Miracle Whip and the Kraft Ranch Dressing, along with the black pepper, paprika, and bacon bits and mix thoroughly.
Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Take 1 1/2 packs of your Kraft Shredded Cheese and mix into the chicken. Then pour into the greased casserole dish. Cover with the rest of the cheese on top, and then your crushed potato chips.
Bake for 30 minutes till the cheeses melt and the potato chips brown-- really tasty!
