Oil (or spray) 8 x 10 Pyrex baking dish.
Place chicken breasts with interiors down in dish. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning. Spread drained sauerkraut on the breasts. Place cheese slices over the sauerkraut. Pour contents of the Kraft salad dressing over all
