Preheat oven to 350°F. In a skillet put olive oil and garlic, over med. heat. Cook garlic for about three minutes. Add chicken and cook thoroughly. In a med bowl mix sour cream, soup, green chilies and olives.
Take tortillas, put chicken and 1 Tbsp. of cheese and 1 Tbsp. of sour cream mixture in, and roll. Secure in baking dish. Continue with all tortillas and pack tightly in dish. Pour all sour cream mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle grated cheese over top. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 20 minutes. Put chopped green onions over top and enjoy!
