4 servings of either prepared potato flakes or homemade mashed potatoes

1 package shredded cheese (any flavor will do)

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown the ground beef and drain fat. Add spices such as garlic, pepper, salt, and anything else you might prefer (I like to add spicy salt seasoning).
Prepare your preference of mashed potatoes and season with garlic and salt. Drain corn or green beans (make with the vegetable you prefer).
When potatoes and ground beef are complete: In a casserole dish (size close to 8x8) pour vegetable and then add thin layer of shredded cheese (I prefer the Kraft Mexican style cheese because it has a slight kick). Once cheese is spread add seasoned ground beef. On top of the beef add the potatoes and finish off with another layer of cheese. This final layer can be as much or as little as your heart desires.
Once everything is in the dish, place in preheated oven for about 20 minutes. I do not have a set time on this. I watch for the top layer of cheese to be completely melted and is starting to brown slightly on the edges. However, if you prefer the cheese to be more or less cooked you can remove from oven whenever you please.
