1 jar (18 oz.) peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 lb powdered sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter. Using hands form mixture into balls. Place balls on wax paper and put in fridge for 1 hour to harden.

Combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a pot and let chocolate melt.

Dip peanut butter balls individually. Let excess chocolate drip. Place on wax paper. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to harden chocolate.
