2 units eggs
1 cups milk
0.666666666667 cups flour
1 pinches salt
1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoons vanilla
1 units peaches
0.5 units powdered sugar
0.5 cups sugar
1 units caramel

1. In a medium bowl mix together eggs, milk, flour, salt, oil, and vanilla until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

2. Heat skillet over medium heat and spray pan with vegetable oil. Pour 1/4 of batter into pan and rotate the pan until the batter completely covers the pan. Cut the peach into small bites and put over batter while it cooks. After 4-5 min fold the crepe in half and cook it for 2 minutes then flip the crepe so it cooks on its other side for 2 minutes.

3. Take powdered sugar and dust the crepe and put about 1/2 Tbsp. of cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Take about 1/2-1 Tbsp. caramel and put over crepe.

4. Repeat with remaining batter.
