Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 butternut squash
1 stick butter
Dash of salt & pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Let's Make It

Cut squash in half and put in glass baking dish flat side down in 1/2 cup water. Cook in microwave for 15 minutes.

Remove, scoop squash out of skin and put into 2 Qt casserole dish. Mix together with butter, salt & pepper and pecans. Top with marshmallows.

Bake in oven at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly brown.
