Dissolve cornstarch in chicken broth, vinegar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add honey, corn syrup, molasses, safflower oil and lime juice. Mix until blended.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix liquid ingredients with dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
Prepare oven to 350 degrees F. Cut chicken wings at the joints and discard tips. Add wings to chicken broth mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 12 hours.
Place aluminum foil on cookie sheet and grease well. Remove wings from marinade and arrange on greased cookie sheet in a single layer. Place cookie sheet with wings in middle of oven and bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear, turning frequently.
