5 pounds potatoes
1 large onion
1 large block Velveeta Cheese
Durkee Seasoned Salt
Salt

Let's Make It

Cut potatoes into cubes; cover with just enough water in a large pan. Add onion cut to choice. Bring to boil until fork tender. Do not pour off the water. Remove from heat.

Add one slice of Velveeta cheese at a time until the entire block is in the potato/onion mixture. Stir gently until mixed.

Sprinkle Durkee seasoned salt on top, and add salt and pepper if needed.
