Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 9- in ch pie crust
1-1/2 cups rhubarb
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp flour
1-1/2 Tbsp butter (soft)

Put pie crust in a pie pan. Cut the rhubarb into 1/2 inch pieces and scald in boiling water. Put the rhubarb into the pie pan.

Next mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. When mixed and smooth, pour over the rhubarb.

Bake in a 350 degrees F preheated oven for 45 minutes.
