In small bowl, mix all ingredients well and transfer to sealed or capped shaker top dispenser.
Use on meats of all kinds or add other spices as desired for fish or other seafood (rosemary, basil, tarragon etc.)
To prepare meat for grilling, brush meat with olive oil and pat outside with dry rub to coat. Let stand while grill is prepared. Grill meat to desired doneness, transfer to platter, cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
