Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb beef chuck roast
1 dry envelope (0.6 oz) Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
1 can (12 oz.) beer
1/2 onion, chopped fine
7-8 pepperoncinies, chopped into small pieces
4-6 sandwich buns

Cut beef into 4 pieces and place into a 5 qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle salad dressing over roast and pour beer over roast and dressing. Add onions and pepperoncinies.

Cook on high for 4 hours or till beef is fork tender.

Shred beef with fork and return to slow cooker and cook on high for another 30 minutes to 1 hour. Serve beef on sandwich buns.
