5 cups Brussels sprouts (about 50 depending on size)
1 1/2 cups margarine, divided
Salt and pepper to test

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove outer leaves and cut off a little bit off the bottom. Then cut an X into the bottom and boil for 4 minutes.

While preparing Brussels sprouts, place 3/4 of the stick of margarine in preheating oven in a dish that has a lid. Once margarine has melted, drain Brussels sprouts and place in casserole dish with the melted margarine. Cut up remaining margarine and add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake with lid on for 40 minutes.
