Drain tuna and put into a bowl. Measure cottage cheese into the tuna can (full), then add to tuna in bowl. Add other ingredients and stir thoroughly to mash up cottage cheese and blend ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld. This is great all by itself!
Can be used for sandwiches or to stuff a tomato, or serve on toast with tomato slices. Can also top with a slice of Kraft Velveeta, American or other variety of cheese and put under broiler just until cheese begins to melt or shred iceberg lettuce and mix with tuna salad, serve in half pitas.
