Brown hamburger and onion (remove excess oil if any). Add garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin seeds (I crush the cumin seeds before adding). Simmer for 20 minutes. In the meantime, preheat oven to 350.
Add the olives, corn, chilies, and corn meal to the skillet and combine well. Pour into 8 x 11 pan (sprayed with non stick spray). Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top, then Mexican blend over the cheddar. Bake 25 - 30 minutes until cheese is lightly browned and pie is bubbly.
