Put all ingredients in large bowl and mix with spoon.
Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until center is done.
Combine butter, sugar, and milk in small saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes; make sure to stir well. Add nuts and coconut. Stir in well and spoon on cake while cake is hot ....
DO NOT LET CAKE COOL. FROST WHILE CAKE AND FROSTING IS STILL HOT.
