Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 cup rice
1 1/2 cups cold water
Salt
1 cup celery
2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 cup diced onions

Mix together rice, cold water, salt and celery. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low about 20 minutes, until all water is absorbed.

Mix all ingredients. Place in a casserole dish, sprinkle the top of casserole with your favorite topping (corn flakes, crackers, bread, etc.).

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
