Cook broccoli per package directions. Drain and remove, set aside.
In same pot, melt butter; blend in flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and a dash of pepper. Add chicken broth. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and wine.
Place broccoli crosswise in 12 x 7-1/2 x 2" baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over broccoli, top with chicken. Add Kraft Parmesan Cheese to remaining sauce. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
