Cube chicken. Finely dice onion, celery and carrots. Melt butter in large skillet. Sautee chicken, onion, celery and carrots until done. Add garlic powder, pepper and Mrs. Dash to mixture during saute process.
In large 6 quart crock-pot, add cubed Velveeta, sour cream, potato soup and chicken broth. Use high heat until melted.
Once chicken and vegetables are done, add to crock-pot. Continue to warm until cheese is melted and serve promptly.
