1.5-2 lb venison backstrap

In a 10 inch pan, melt butter.

While butter is melting, thinly slice the backstraps the width way. Mix the slices with as much seasoned salt to taste.

Place slices into pan & fry until cooked thoroughly. Serve with garlic potatoes.
