1 pork tenderloin – pre-seasoned with garlic and herbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg family size Au Gratin potatoes
1 cup Kraft Grated Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Place pork tenderloin in slow cooker on low setting. Add soup and one can of water. Cook 6-8 hours until tenderloin falls apart - turn off.
Remove tenderloin from slow cooker - place in casserole dish which has been lightly sprayed with non-stick spray. Place packaged potato slices on top of meat. Follow package directions for oven bake process using all the "gravy" from tenderloin as your liquid requirement. If there is not enough liquid to meet total requirement - add milk as necessary but generally this is not required.
Bake tenderloin and au gratin potato mixture as package directions require, adding grated cheese at end of baking period. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
