Original recipe yields 1 serving
1.5 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb pasta shells, cooked and drained
1 cup Breakstone's Light Sour Cream
1 cup Breakstone's Light Cottage Cheese
3 green onions, chopped
4 oz Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Brown beef in skillet. Drain off any fat. Mix with garlic powder and tomato sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix cooked pasta shells with sour cream, cottage cheese, onions and salt, pepper to taste.

Layer in casserole: One-half pasta mixture, beef, remaining pasta mixture. Place cheddar cheese on top.

Heat in 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
