Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 cup of celery, chopped
1/2 cup of onion, chopped
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 boxes chicken stuffing
1 egg
1 pkg (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Colby Cheese

Let's Make It
Boil chicken, let cool and cube. Saute celery & onion in margarine in a small pan over a low flame.
In another mixing bowl, mix celery & onion mixture, both cans of cream of chicken and cubed chicken. Prepare stuffing mixes as directed on box, but do each separately.
On the bottom of a 9" X 13" baking pan, add one box of stuffing mix, next layer will be the chicken mixture and last layer is the other box of stuffing mix. Beat egg and spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 325 degrees F until golden brown (approx. 30 minutes). Sprinkle Kraft Colby cheese (or your favorite Kraft cheese) the last 5 minutes.
