Original recipe yields 1 serving
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
2-4 Tbsp oil or butter for frying
1 medium onion
1 small can green chilies
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 small can sliced black olives
1 package flour tortillas
2 cups montery jack cheese
2 cups medium cheddar cheese

Let's Make It
Fry chicken breasts in oil. When almost done add onions and chilies, and saute. Remove chicken and cut up into small pieces. Salt and pepper the chicken to your taste.
Place back into pan and add soup, sour cream, milk, and olives. Cook this for about 5 minutes on medium heat.
In a 9x13 pan put down a layer of flour tortillas, 1/2 of the chicken mixture, and 1/2 of each of the cheeses. Repeat.
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes. You can top this with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, and additional sour cream. ENJOY!!
