Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup butter or margarine
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon General Foods International French Vanilla Cafe Coffee
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 10 inch Bundt cake pan.
Cream 1 1/2 cups of sugar with eggs until creamy and well mixed. Add sour cream and butter or margarine and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and extracts - mix well. Stir in chopped nuts.
Mix the other 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and the General Foods International French Vanilla Cafe Coffee with the cinnamon.
Pour half the batter into the prepared cake pan. Sprinkle generously the cinnamon sugar and coffee mixture. Cover with the remaining cake batter.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees F and bake for another 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean in the center of cake.
