Garlic powder (as little or as much depending on you)
1/2 cup onions, cut into small pieces
2 cans chicken broth
2 cups milk
4-5 potatoes, cut and peeled
5 Tbsp flour or cornstarch to thicken soup, divided
1/4 cup water

Let's Make It
Cook chicken till done. Add green peppers, garlic, and onions. Cook 2-5 minutes.
Add chicken broth, milk, and potatoes. Cook till potatoes are tender.
In a cup, add flour or cornstarch (only 2 1/2 Tbsp. of cornstarch) and mix with 1/4 cup water until smooth (if too thick add more water). Pour into soup and cook till thickens. If it's not thick enough, repeat flour mixture till thick enough.
