Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Boil potatoes in chicken broth until fork just pierces through (you may need to add water to the broth to accommodate the amount of potatoes). Drain and let cool.
In bowl combine Miracle Whip, mustard, dill, parsley, paprika and celery seed. Once potatoes are cool, add cut up hard boiled eggs. Crumble cooked turkey bacon into potato and egg mixture. Add dressing to potatoes to your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
