lb 1 or 2 mussels, cleaned
2 heads garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef
Tbsp 2 to 3 olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheese

Let's Make It
Heat the oven in 350 degrees F. Meanwhile, boil and cook the mussels in a pot of boiling water. When cooked, remove one shell leaving the other shell that holds the meat of the mussel.
Brown the garlic with the olive oil in a pan, remove and set aside. Cook the ground beef in 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Put a pinch of cooked ground beef and pinch of garlic inside the meat of each mussel. Then garnish with a pinch of grated cheese on top until all the mussels are done.
Put the mussels in a baking pan and bake for at least 10 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has been melted. Serve hot.
