Mix the cream cheese, Old English Spread, Bacon Spread, and vinegar in a bowl with a blender. Using a spoon will also work, but using your blender will cut the time in half, and the mixture will be nice and creamy. When everything is mixed, start to add the garlic and onion salt to taste. Start off small, and work your way up towards a flavor that you enjoy.
When you are finished, put the cheese mixture in a decorative smaller bowl, and coat the top with the parsley flakes.
Put in the refrigerator for at least a half hour to chill before serving. I almost always make this cheese ball the night before you will eat it. This allows all of the flavors in the cheese ball to mix, and bring out all of the flavor. Enjoy! This tastes great!
