Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix first 3 ingredients together, then chill in refrigerator for at least an hour or you may chill overnight.
Roll out dough on confectioners' sugar. Using a round cutter or a drinking glass dipped in confectioners sugar and cut circles. Fill with a dollop of jelly and fold closed with closure on bottom of ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let sit for 1 minute then remove to rack and dust with confectioners' sugar when cooled.
