Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 family size boil-n-bag white rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1 small frozen package broccoli florets, cubed
1 regular package sharp shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Cook the bags of rice until done about 10 minutes. Drain and let it sit for about 15 minutes or until cooled.

Put the rice into a medium sized baking dish. Mix the soup, milk, and the broccoli, 1/2 the bag of cheese and the salt and pepper (optional) until well blended. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top of the casserole.

Bake in a 350 degrees F oven until lightly golden brown and bubbly and serve.
