6 cups water
1 Tbsp chicken base
1 pkg (12 oz.) frozen collard greens
4 bacon strips (cut to bite size pieces)
3 cups white rice (Minute Rice)
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 tbs p. seasoned salt

Bring water and chicken base to a boil on high heat.

Add frozen collard greens and return to boil. Add bacon and reduce heat to medium low; let simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in rice, minced garlic, and seasoned salt. Cook for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. Cool for 5 minutes, then fluff and serve.
