Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 cups Minute White Rice, uncooked
1 pack bacon, cut in small to medium pieces
2-3 carrots, diced
1 small to medium bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
Salt to taste
1/2 cup soy sauce

Cook rice to barely done and let cool.

In wok or skillet, cook bacon (use desired amount) then drain leaving a little oil in pan.

Add carrots and let cook for about 5 minutes, and then add bell pepper and onion. Stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add rice 1/2 cup at a time making sure rice is well blended before adding more. Add soy sauce and blend well. Remove from heat. Serve as desired.
