Bake chicken breasts until fully cooked at 350 degrees F. When fully cooked, cut each breast into 4 strips (having 8 all together). Roll each strip into a crescent roll.
Mix soup, cheese and milk in separate bowl. Spread a thin amount of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 dish. Place each rolled chicken in dish. Spread mixture on top and around chicken rolls.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown.
