Peel the potatoes and cut into chunks. Boil about 15- 20 minutes until tender. Put the eggs in a saucepan and boil for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cut the pickle spears into chunks and the same goes for the onion. After the potatoes are tender mix in the pickles, eggs, mustard and Miracle Whip, butter, and a little milk and a little pickle juice. Blend together.
