1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 boneless pork tenderloins (trim all fat)
2 tsp butter or margarine

Combine dry seasonings - coat tenderloin with seasonings on both sides.

Heat butter over high heat, put tenderloin in butter and reduce heat to med.

Fry, covered, on both sides approx. 15 min each. A small amount of water can be added (repeatedly) if sticking occurs.
