Remove skin and excess fat from chicken pieces, leaving only half the soft fat along the edge of the thighs for moisture.
Place in glass microwave safe bowl - and cover. Place in microwave for 20 minutes on medium high. Remove from microwave and drain off liquid (fat) from chicken.
Pour in BBQ sauce and stir until fully coated. Place in microwave for 15 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir until fully coated again. Replace in microwave for additional 10 minutes, and you're done!
Remove from microwave and test for doneness. If not totally cooked, microwave additional 5-10 minutes depending on part of chicken you use.
