Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
1/2 cup sweet onion, diced
3 Tbsp flour
3 cups 2% milk
8 oz Kraft Sharp Cheese, divided
8 oz Monterey jack cheese, divided
8 oz Colby cheese, divided
1/4 tsp mustard dry
1 Tbsp regular mustard
Salt & pepper
3 1/2 cups ziti
1 cup bread crumbs

Let's Make It
Heat Smart Balance in large pan. Add diced onions on low heat about 3 minutes. Add flour and mix. Add milk and half the cheese. Add dry mustard and regular mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
In another pan cook the ziti al dente. Drain and add the cheese mix to the ziti, mix well. Pour into an 8x10 glass casserole. Lay bread crumbs and the remaining cheese on top.
Cook in oven at 375°F for 12 minutes. Put in broiler for 2 minutes.
