1 cucumber (about 3/4 lb.), peel, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
1 small container vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 cut up chicken (about 3 lb.)

Let's Make It
Prepare condiment first. Peel the cucumber. Cut the cucumber in half the long way. Using a spoon to remove the seeds and then proceed to chop the cucumber as fine as you like. Chop the cilantro or parsley.
Mix the cucumber, yogurt, sour cream, cilantro, and cumin together. This is to be served on the side with the chicken. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Preheat the broiler. Line the broiler pan or any other pan large enough to hold all the chicken pieces with foil. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Do the skin side first because that side will be placed skin down on the foil. Broil about 6 inches from the heat for about 15 minutes. Turn the chicken and broil until the skin is crisp and brown, about 15 more minutes.
