3 eggs
1 cup milk (2%)
4-5 cups Cheese Nips, crumbled or grounded
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly oil to coat 9 x 8 pan or use a spray. Stir eggs until blended and all yellow, mix with milk. Crumble or crush cheese nips.

You can pound your chicken just to slim it a little, then dip it into the egg/milk mixture and then coat with crumb mixture.

Place into pan and bake for 30 minutes (or until chicken is no longer pink).
