1 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cup celery
2/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds ground beef, browned & lightly drained
2 1/2 teaspoon s chili powder
2 teaspoon s salt
1/2 cup catsup
12 ounces tomato paste
2 cups water
2 teaspoon s Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste
Corn chips
2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

In large skillet, cook onion, celery and green bell pepper in olive oil until tender, not brown.

Add ground beef (browned and lightly drained). Add remaining ingredients except the corn chips and cheese. Simmer uncovered 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve meat sauce on top of corn chips. Top with cheese.
