In a 4-5 quart pan over high heat bring 2 quart water to a boil add a little olive oil to the water to help the pasta not stick together. Add pasta and cook stirring occasionally until tender to bite about 10 min. Drain.
While pasta is cooking, rinse, core, seed, and chop tomatoes. Wash fresh basil leaves, dry, and chop them. In a large bowl put in basil, tomatoes, 1/2 cup feta and all of the pressed garlic and olive oil.
Add hot cooked drained pasta mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup feta and serve.
